A sure fire digital solution

Putting a digital twist on the retail experience, telecommunications company Sure has unveiled its new suite of customer-engagement technology in its flagship stores.

The aim of the store is to provide shopping autonomy and enhance the customer experience. The store has 55” touch screens providing point-of-sale (POS) interaction and video screens wrap the interior. Customers can use technology to construct their own phone packages and compare phones.

In June 2015, Sure opened a Jersey-based store and this second store is based in the Isle of Man. Digital signage experts Acquire Digital joined together with interior specialists Made In Place and strategic partners, Image Technique.

“By utilising the latest retail focused technology Sure can successfully provide an interactive shopping experience that helps customers to choose phones and plans, as well as allowing customers to top up credits and make payments which have ultimately reduced waiting times and improve customer satisfaction,” says Neil Farr, managing director of Acquire Digital.

He adds: “The opening of a second store is testament to its ongoing success.”
