ADS reveals new textiles range

Broadening the range of signage and graphics applications that can be created, Amari Digital Supplies (ADS) has released a new range of digitally printable textiles.

Manufactured in Germany by JM Technical Textiles, the textiles carry the Mediatex trademark brand.

All of the textiles have been designed to enhance their performance capabilities. They are PVC-free, flame resistant to recognised international standards, have low ink consumption for enhanced cost efficiency, and are also water, stain, and tear resistance.

The textiles are suitable to be used with a range of technology and equipment, expanding the amount of print companies who can use them.

They can be processed using all of the main ink technologies such as solvent, eco-solvent, UV-curable, and latex on printers from brands such as Roland, Mimaki, AGFA, Mutoh, VUTek, Durst, and Seiko.

The textile range includes the 200gsm Presto FR for backdrops, 180gsm Light Fabric FR for light banners, and 140gsm Illuminance FR with a special micro-porous polymer coating for indoor backlit displays.

Also the 290gsm Grey Back Textile, and 370gsm Botticelli Textile that has been developed for canvas prints.
