Phillips Digital has been active within the graphic and large-format print services market for 45 years and has worked for clients such as Transport for London, J. Crew, and London & Quadrant.
The merger, which will cover the entire Phillips Digital business and the printing services division of Colyer London, will see Phillips move into a newly created space at the latter’s offices
Phillips Digital Partners will manage the company alongside Colyer Partners, while Bill Johnson will serve as managing director of the new operation.

“Mergers often create concern for customers because they worry that the company and people they love dealing with will be lost,” Johnson comments.
“I am happy to report there are no job losses, and we now offer our customers a wider range of creative printing services.”
Nigel Southey, chief executive of Colyer London, adds: “There was about 75 percent overlap in what both companies offer and, remarkably, virtually no overlap of customers.
“It is a good business move for both companies in terms of economies of scale which, in turn, generates savings that we can pass along to our customers.”
