Supercar wrap attracts record visitor numbers

Italian adhesive film producer APA has revealed that it was able to attract a record number of visitors to its stand during this year’s FESPA 2015 industry event.

A spokesperson for APA says: “The work of the APA wrappers at FESPA attracted the curious gaze of a large number of visitors, who were able to touch the latest products first-hand and see ‘live’ demonstrations of how to tastefully reinterpret the design of a car or any other object in just a short time and with surprising results.”

The event, which took place in May in the German city of Cologne, attracted people from across the global industry—some of which stopped by the APA stand to see some of the latest products on offer from the company.

During the show, APA opted to present its new APAWrapFilm for the first time, while the firm also reported heavy interest in its new Candy Color line, as well as the Chrome variations and the APA Truck film ranges.

FESPA 2015 also gave APA the chance to demonstrate its range of adhesive films that feature ‘Air Free System’ technology, which the company says facilitates the escape of air during application.

Although interest was high for such products, APA said the majority of activity on its stand was for a Ferrari 458 Italia that had been wrapped by MetroWrapz and Prowrap with new Chrome effects.
