Heavy investment starts new era

In welcome news for one of the industry’s biggest sign-making chains, new owners at its Portsmouth franchise have invested heavily into technology, staff, training, and machinery to improve its competitiveness

“After previously working at the Signs Express Hull branch for ten years, I had seen first-hand the support given to the franchisees and their staff and had no hesitation in returning to the business.

"Every business needs signs and our variety of work means that no two days are the same.

"I’m so excited for our new venture, we’re looking forward to growing our business and seeing what the future holds,” says Signs Express Portsmouth joint owner Jane Wiles—who runs the business alongside Ray Allenby.

Originally founded in 2002 and servicing areas such as Gosport, Fareham, Whiteley, Segensworth, Havant, Waterlooville, and Chichester, Signs Express Portsmouth looks set to be regional competitor to be reckoned with.
