Sign Plus has undergone a long and testing tendering process with the ministry in order to win the contracts for the manufacture and supply of marine flags, ensigns, pennants, signs, and labels for the Royal Navy.

The company has confirmed that the contracts will mean they will need to take on more staff and say they have already been recruiting new people to cope with the extra work. Sign Plus says they already hold the BAE contract to supply safety signage for the two QE Class aircraft carriers under construction at Rosyth dockyard in Scotland signifying the continued growth of the firm that was only started 20 years ago.
