SAi hits major milestone in expansion strategy

In a development that will sharpen SAi's competitive edge, the CAD/CAM signage software developer has revealed it has been awarded HP certification for its Flexi and PhotoPRINT software products.

Following stringent testing by HP, in print performance, printer calibration, status reporting and job management, the software has been found compatible at the, 'highest performance level' for use with HP Designjet Z6600 and Z6800 printers.

Sarit Tichon, senior vice president of worldwide sales and marketing at SAi, says: “The certification of our software for the HP Designjet Z6600 and Z6800 Printers is an acknowledgement of the strengths of SAi RIP solutions and represents an official seal of approval to users of these new printers.

Our software RIPs are already certified for use with three earlier HP Designjet Z-series models as well as the recently announced HP Latex 300-series Printers, consolidating SAi’s position as a leading innovator in sign-making and large format digital printing

The certified drivers are available for users of SAi FlexiPRINT, FlexiSIGN Pro and PhotoPRINT Version 11 with Cloud, as well as to monthly subscribers to SAi Flexi.

With tough competition in this market sector, the recognition from HP will no doubt go a long way to securing SAi's sector position and providing the company with a platform for growth and expansion.
