Your text here...The new Z5 5-axis CNC router is now in place at the firm’s manufacturing site in Sheffield, thus increasing its capabilities to enable it to machine board materials to more intricate and complex designs.
Panel Systems has also invested in new software systems and expanded its CAD design team to further support the move. The firm said the addition of Solidworks software alongside the existing Alphacam will enable it to improve customer service.

Chris Ibbotson, managing director of the firm, said the installation of the kit comes at a ‘very exciting’ time for the company.
He adds: “There is demand in the market for high quality routing services and rapid turnaround and this investment will add to our existing range of three CNC routers. The investment also reflects our confidence that the economy has turned a corner.”
