All in the family at Fastsigns Leeds

Signage, graphics and visual communications business Fastsigns Leeds has been enjoying a successful 2013 under the leadership of father and son team Chris and Andy Simpson.

After completing the largest order in the firm’s history back in March—the production of graphics and signage for the new Trinity Shopping Centre in Leeds—the company has gone on to pick up a host of awards, purchase new kit and add two new members of staff.

“We continually invest in our business, our people, technology and marketing, to enable us to grow every year. We are feeling very positive,” enthuses Andy, adding: “Last year was very successful for us and we have made a very strong start in the first quarter of 2013.”

Such is the success that Andy and Chris had to be on hand to pick up the award for the best performing UK Fastsigns centre at an international award ceremony at Fastsigns’ Texas headquarters.

In addition, it was handed the CEO Circle Award and a Sales Achievement Award at the Fastsigns International convention in the US, as well as a Franchise Partners of the Year at the Fastsigns UK Awards Ceremony—where senior account manager, Rebecca Holiday, was also named UK Employee of the Year.

Hungry for more, Andy and Chris opted to invest in a Zund Digital Cutter and new Epson wide-format cutter to bolster its production line, as well as adding two new staff to support further growth and success.
