Allen Signs in major expansion

Lincolnshire firm Allen Signs has embarked on one of its most ambitious expansion drives in its 48- year history with the opening of an office in Nottingham

Managing director David Allen says the firm has increased its client base in the area in recent years so the move to Knight and Whitehall House in the city 'makes sense'.

Allen Signs told the Sign and Digital Great Debate earlier this year how they had used networking to land major contracts in its local area and Allen highlighted this as a major reason for moving.

He explains: “Knight & Whitehall House is in the middle of Nottingham’s Creative Quarter which is ideal for us as we do a lot of work with graphic designers.

“We are looking forward to developing relationships with our fellow tenants as well as other creative agencies across the city and the county.”

Allen's recent work for Nottingam-based clients includes installations for the Heritage Lottery Fund and Fuse Design.
