FK Moore plugs into social scene

Well-respected sign industry fixings supplier, FK Moore, has announced a new business strategy that is seeing the company diversify the avenues it uses to connect with its customers

“We are always keen to add value to what we do as a supplier, and part of that is communicating with our customers to illustrate what we bring to the table and how they can take best advantage of our products, services and new deals,” enthuses FK Moore’s managing director, Paul Farrant.

The company founded its new strategy by starting a twitter feed @FKMooreltd, on which it is seeking to get feedback and interact with customers to improve the services that it provides. Farrant also highlights that the company has started a monthly e-newsletter to keep its customers up-to-date with the latest technological advances from the company and create a customer community.

The launch of its Satin Chrome range of fixings for sign-makers is one of the latest developments the company is highlighting, with a number of further developments due for release throughout 2013.
