Ian Farrand and Dave Newbury have been appointed to support Drytac’s expanding distribution network

Ian Farrand and Dave Newberry will oversee Drytac’s business development in the north and south of England respectively, with Farrand based in West Yorkshire, and Newberry in London.

Farrand, who has worked in distribution for 25 years, says: “I am extremely keen to grow the business for Drytac in the north of England and feel that my years of experience and knowledge will be invaluable.

“My goal is to ensure that Drytac products become the established range for all my customers, new and old, and our working relationships continue to flourish.”

London-based Newberry is set to “hit the ground running” having already worked in the industry. “I actually started printing in the family screen-print business when I was seven, and I’m 48 this year,” he explains.

Already familiar with Drytac products, he starts his new position with immediate effect.

Commenting on his appointment, Newberry adds: “I’m excited about Drytac’s innovative ideas and about the luxury of having a true direct access to our lab and coating lines – it’ll be great to have an input into future products.”

The appointments come just in time for a busy period of new product developments, and Drytac’s chief executive officer Hayden Kelly is confident that Farrand and Newberry’s experience, knowledge and ambition will support the firm’s growing distribution network.
