The two exhibition and display firms will use joint expertise to serve the market

The world of exhibition and display has seen an increase in demand for soft signage and roller banners, thanks to its lightweight properties and eye-catching capabilities, and as a result many sign-makers are offering soft signage in their services. Advances in digital printing on fabric has also made this growth sector a more achievable feat for printers and sign-makers alike.

Both firms specialise in the design, production and installation of exhibition displays, services and equipment. The acquisition sees the two firms merge to increase operating space with the aim of improving service to customers.

“Acquiring Hytner Exhibitions provides an exciting opportunity for both companies to pool their expertise and resources”, explains Jenny Hodson, GH Display’s sales and marketing director. “The additional capabilities of the two companies combined, strengthens and extends the services offered by both Hytner Exhibitions and GH Display to enhance our turn key solutions.”

GH Displays managing director, John Hodson, adds: “GH Display’s acquisition of Hytner Exhibitions provides a major growth opportunity for both our business and extended services, in addition to increased capacity for our clients. The combined workforce and space will take the companies onto the next level.”
