CAD Link says the Digital Factory Apparel Brother Edition offers more than other RIP software products or driver-based print solutions
The customer print driver and colour profile sets for white, black, and coloured garments is now available on the Digital Factory Apparel Brother Edition version three product, extending the colour garment to more options than a standard print driver.
Features on the new software include ‘Knock Me Out’ tools, which automatically remove specific design colours that match garment colours, thus eliminating the need for ink to be printed in these areas.
No other RIP software product or driver-based print solution offers such advanced colour management controls as well as pre-production workflow and image preparation tools”
In addition, users will benefit from advance handling of white ink management, the ability to select and create pre-defined print queues based on colour or type of garment, resolution requirements, and print requirements.
Michael Chramtchenko, technology director of marketing at CADLink, comments: “Digital Factory Apparel Brother Edition is much more than RIP software. No other RIP software product or driver-based print solution offers such advanced colour management controls as well as pre-production workflow and image preparation tools.
“Most importantly, these tools can all be found in a single, easy-to-use package that addresses all of the production requirements that Brother DTG printer users may have.”
