The new additions to the Decoprint range from Senfa reduces ink migration

The two new options, Sublimis and Alterra, are suited to direct and transfer sublimation printing, and the Alterra is an eco-friendly backlit textile suitable for indoor displays.

Andrew Simmons, Soyang Europe’s sales director, comments: “Sublimis is a revolutionary product with a long list of features and benefits, most notable that it successfully reduces the issue of ink migration, giving backlit applications really punchy graphics and colours and the best possible white point.”

Alterra was the recent winner of the SGIA Product of the Year award. The material provides superior print quality and light diffusion which makes it an attractive choice for specifiers in retail

Sublimis is available in sizes up to 5m, and is well-suited to the retail and exhibition sector. The Alterra is created using recycled fibres and uses less non-renewable resources. Simmons continues: “Alterra is a coated polyester suitable for indoor backlit displays. Not only does it incorporate 65 percent recycled fibres into the manufacturing process, but its green credentials continue with it being PVC-free and suitable for more eco-friendly ink types such as UV and latex.”

Simmons concludes: “Alterra was the recent winner of the SGIA Product of the Year award. The material provides superior print quality and light diffusion which makes it an attractive choice for specifiers in retail, for example, who are required to minimise environmental impact without losing any impact of POS light box displays.”
