The Coala Textile Sound Touch is designed for use in public buildings and workplaces thanks to its sound-absorbing properties

According to the firm, the introduction of textile products is the result of the “increasing trend for bespoke and personalised signage and decoration in commercial and residential environments”.

The new range is being marketed as a more environmentally friendly alternative to traditional PVC materials.

Addressing consumer demand for commercial and residential signage solutions, the range can be used in a large variety of applications such as front and backlit signage, block-out signage, stretch and flag signage, as well as specialist decoration such as wallcoverings and indoor and outdoor sunshades.

The Coala Textile Backlit City comprises a very tight structure for backlit or frontlit graphics, as well as producing “flawless” images when illuminated from behind.

Coala Textile Stretch has been designed with architectural and geometric applications in mind and offers a high level of opacity.

Antalis has developed the best possible range of textile media that will provide our customers with both the scope and quality they need to tap into the interior design market

For applications such as acoustic dampening in public buildings and workplaces, the Coala Textile Sound Touch is a sound-absorbing, semi-sheer fabric solution.

Antalis says it developed its entire portfolio to enable large-format specialists, and commercial printers looking to diversify their offering, to capitalise on the growing opportunities presented by the interior design market.

Mike Collins, visual communication product manager at Antalis, comments on the launch: “The trend to create bespoke, personalised interiors within both commercial and residential markets continues to grow.

“Antalis has developed the best possible range of textile media that will provide our customers with both the scope and quality they need to tap into the interior design market.”
