Venture sets soft signage focus for The Print Show

Large-format print trade supplier Venture Banners has signed up to return to The Print Show this year, with plans to demonstrate to visitors how working with the company can offer them a route into the profitable soft signage market.

Venture Banners says The Print Show offers exhibitors access to visitors from a wide range of backgrounds

Venture is a long-term exhibitor at the show, having only missed the 2016 event as it was in the process of moving into new premises. Having identified the show as an opportunity to connect with new customers and also make existing clients aware of the other services it offers, Venture will be back in attendance when the show returns to the NEC in Birmingham this September.

Scott Conway, director at Venture, says the company has enjoyed success at each show it has attended and is aiming to build on this at the 2019 event. He says one of the main aims this year will be to spread the word about the opportunities for growth in soft signage.

“Last year was a very good year for us with sales up 18% over the previous year, while delivery of our fantastic new FabriVu dye sublimation printer has given us a superb quality of print onto textiles,” Conway says.

“At The Print Show 2019, we will be showcasing the soft signage products that we are able to produce on the FabriVu so that visitors are aware of the type of work we can assist them with.”

“As trade-only suppliers, we are all about giving us customers a quality product they can make a tidy margin on and we provide an easy route to market for the lucrative soft signage sector.”

The Print Show is a great platform to meet existing and prospective customers and put a face to Venture Banners

Conway also praises The Print Show for offering exhibitors the opportunity to speak with a wide range of visitors at a single location, saying this is crucial for companies that are mainly online-based.

“Business in general and our business in particular is becoming more internet-based – from online order systems to artwork uploads – so the opportunities to actually talk to customers are becoming fewer and further apart,” Conway says.

“The Print Show is a great platform to meet existing and prospective customers and put a face to Venture Banners.”

Venture Banners will be based on Stand F10 at The Print Show 2019, which runs from September 17th-19th in Birmingham.
