The company is the exclusive distributor for Mimaki in the UK and Ireland, and last year enjoyed a successful show after displaying machinery from the new Mimaki UCJV Series LED UV portfolio of printer/cutters for the first time in the UK.

Hybrid hopes to build on this at The Print Show 2018, where it will once again show Mimaki UCJV Series technology.

Brett Newman, chief operations manager at Hybrid, comments: “The new Mimaki UCJV Series brings revolutionary technology to the sign and graphics market, using the very latest LED UV cure inks and offering an unparalleled range of applications from the one machine, making them already very popular with sign makers, print providers and graphics houses.”

Also set to feature on the Hybrid stand will be the JV300 series, Mimaki’s key solvent printer. This will be running alongside Mimaki’s new LA-160 laminator, which is currently offered free with every JV300 investment.

Newman says: “We’ll have plenty to talk about with sign makers and graphics professionals, especially with our summer Heatwave promotions continuing throughout the duration of the show.

“Solutions such as Mimaki’s orange solvent ink, Mimaki’s huge range of vinyl printing hardware and now a continuous workflow with a dedicated laminator make a real difference to users the world over, hence our focus on this significant area.”

In addition, Hybrid will be presenting Mimaki’s JFX200 8’ x 4’ flatbed, along with its baby brother, the Mimaki UJF-6042 MkII A2 LED UV flatbed printer, suitable for personalisation and promotional items.
