The JETRIX KX3 will be offered with a three-year warranty during the course of The Print Show this year

Billed by the manufacturer as “perfect” for commercial printers and industrial applications, the JETRIX KX3 boasts a flatbed measuring 1.2m x 1.2m and can print at speeds of up to 26sq m/hr.

Other key features on the machine, which is the younger brother of the JETRIX printer, include edge-to-edge printing on media up to 70mm thick, as well as smart two- and three-layer printing in a single pass, a white ink system to deliver HD white prints, and also six picolitre head nozzles.

InkTec says the printer is “ideal” for companies with limited space or those that are seeking to broaden their printing and revenue opportunities. The machine is comfortable with traditional media and is also able to deliver a strong adhesion to plastics and metals, with optional varnish ink.

Joey Kim, managing director of InkTec, adds: “For InkTec it was important to make sure that we showcased a JETRIX printer, alongside the inks and media.

“It made absolute sense for that to be the KX3. It represents everything we pride ourselves on—excellent precision engineering, in-built safety features while also being perfect for those venturing into the large format printing arena.”

Meanwhile, InkTec has also announced it will be running a special promotion as part of its inks and media activity on its stand at The Print Show.

A ‘Buy One Get One Free’ offer will apply to solvent inks for Mimaki and Roland DG printers on new customer’s first orders, up to the end of October.
