Ricoh’s L4160 latex printer will be amongst the products to feature at Josero’s new showroom facility

Under the arrangement, Josero will sell and support Ricoh’s full range of wide-format print products—with a particular emphasis on the L4100 series latex printer, MFPs and CAD printers.

As part of the deal, a new demonstration room that will facilitate a number of Ricoh’s products is currently under construction at Josero’s Cambridge head office.

Ricoh machinery such as the L4160 latex printer will feature at this new facility.

“Their [Josero’s] professional approach to customer service and engagement with customers can only be described as inspiring,” comments Ryan McMaster, Ricoh’s business development manager, wide-format indirect channel.

We consider our Approved Dealers to be partners and provide them with a wide range of support resources to make the partnership a success

“We consider our Approved Dealers to be partners and provide them with a wide range of support resources to make the partnership a success. We’re looking forward to a long and flourishing partnership with Josero.”

Loic Delor, managing director of Josero, adds: “We’re so excited to be working with Ricoh. They’re renowned for their technology solutions, and are a huge name in the print industry.

“They are part of the very small group of printer manufacturers that actually own the printhead technology used in their machine.

“It was a stringent process to reach the approved dealer status and we are delighted to have achieved it. Ricoh’s commitment to establishing itself as a wide format industrial printer manufacturer is very clear, and we are more than happy to help them achieve this in the UK.”
