The franchisees will now be easily connected with the new intranet

To improve communication, Signs Express has introduced a new intranet, which has been developed to connect all of the franchisees with each other, and the Franchise Support Centre (FSC).

Signs Express has over 65 franchised businesses across the UK and Ireland, and the new intranet will allow them to all be connected with ease. The need to be able to communicate with one another has been recognised, and will be improved through the intranet.

The sharing of information and experience is very important in every business, but especially in franchised networks between business owners who are in the same position

The FSC has also been developed with new video content to help connected branches with any problems, or offer tips and advice. The ‘Sign Post’ will also keep the franchisees updated and provide helpful guides for training purposes.

Marketing manager, Rebecca Dack says: “The sharing of information and experience is very important in every business, but especially in franchised networks between business owners who are in the same position. We have completely reinvented our intranet to facilitate the additional support we offer to the network from the FSC as well as the sharing of information.”

The new system will also allow the franchisees to develop a relationship with each other, despite possible being on opposite sides of the country. It is readily available for them to use, and develop their knowledge through ‘Sign Post’.
