Mark Kempson brings with him over a decade of experience at Kinly to his new role

Mark Kempson joins the company as it seeks to unlock new opportunities in the AV, UCC (unified communications and collaboration), and Collaboration market.

According to Kinly, the pandemic and a desire for remote/hybrid working is expected to see the UCC market size grow from $67.4bn (£56bn) to $127.5bn (£106bn) by 2026.

Holding over a decade of AV specialist experience, Kempson started out at Kinly back in 2011 and has held roles such as installation engineer, service engineer, sales engineer, AV presales manager, and AV design team manager.

Kempson will report to Kinly operations director for UK and Ireland Stuart Davidson as he seeks to support national and international AV, UCC and Collaboration business leads generated through UK business.

Using a technology agnostic approach, Kempson will work closely with Kinly’s project management team and directly with clients including those in corporate, education, government, and judicial sectors.

Commenting on his new role, Kempson says: “I’m delighted to have been entrusted with this new role as head of consultancy and design, and for the opportunity to further develop my career with Kinly.

“I’m lucky enough to be surrounded by a fantastic and enviable team of experienced individuals, and together, I have every confidence we can go on to achieve even greater things for this forward-thinking, highly ambitious company, delivering even greater levels of quality, service and experiences to our clients.”
