OOH Capital adds three new partners

Global out-of-home advisory company and consultancy OOH Capital has extended its global reach with the arrival of three new partners, covering Asia, the US and the Benelux region.

Jim Liu, Fred Kuhlman and Sheldon Silverman have all joined OOH Capital

Jim Liu, formerly Zenith Media head of OOH in China, joins the organisation, along with Fred Kuhlman, a founding partner of Nationaal Adviesbureau Buitenreclame in the Netherlands.

Sheldon Silverman, founder of Liquid Marketing and chief executive of the SmartBomb Media Group in the US, also becomes a partner.

Formed in 2021 and headed by former Ocean Outdoor chairman Tom Goddard, OOH Capital also includes managing partner and former Posterscope global chief executive, Annie Rickard.

Other members include David Gordon, former global insight director at Posterscope, Carlos Viladevall, former chief executive of Iberia, Philippe Baudillon former president of Clear Channel France, and Stephen Freitas, previously chief marketing officer of the Out of Home Advertising Association of America (OAAA).

“I am very proud to welcome our new partners, who have impeccable credentials and proven track records in their respective fields,” Goddard says. 

“They will join our existing partners in a dedicated client-focused specialist OOH advisory service, with the experience to take a truly global, holistic view.”
