After 20 years in the industry, Millership will join the growing team to meet the increased demand from an expanding client base. The growth is down to a recent investment in new large-format and digital print technology, as well as further staff.

Wrights Plastics was founded in 1969, and is enjoying a period of growth thanks to these recent investments in machinery. The company also wants to expand its print arm, and Millership’s appointment will add to the charge for success.

Millership has previous experience with point-of-sale (POS) and large-format print, but is new to plastic fabrication—he comments that he will enjoy the challenge. His previous experience includes seven years with trade printers Alltrade, and a further decade with KEP Print Group as a team manager.

On his recent appointment, Millership says: “Fortunately all of the systems are in place so learning new aspects of the business should be relatively painless.

“The positivity in the whole of the company was the first thing I noticed. The team spirit is really strong from shop floor to board room. One reason for this might be the technical expertise in the company; everyone I have spoken to so far has shown an expert knowledge of their area of responsibility; that is good news for me and for Wrights Plastics customers too.”
