Smith set to connect with social media

Smith, the manufacturing arm of sign and graphics supplier William Smith, has moved to enhance its communications with customers by establishing a new account on social network Twitter.

The launch will enable customers to keep up-to-date with all the latest news from the firm, as well as be among the first to find out about new products as and when they are made available.

In a statement, trade-only supplier Smith says: “Having individual social media accounts will also ensure Smith is engaging fully with its target audience, differentiating itself from other William Smith services and better identifying and catering for its customers’ needs.”  

The company specialises in the fabrication of a wide range of signage and sign components. 

Among the applications it can assist with are illuminated and non-illuminated commercial signage in tray, suspended and projected formats, wayfinding and traffic signage.

Having individual social media accounts will also ensure Smith is engaging fully with its target audience, differentiating itself from other William Smith services and better identifying and catering for its customers’ needs

In addition, the company is capable of manufacturing custom signage solutions without limitations or restrictions.

“Smith uses its heritage of 184 years’ in the sign and graphic industry to ensure it can meet all signage requirements, to a remarkable and industry-leading standard,” the company adds.
