The digital textile printer boasts speeds of up to 90 metres per minute or 8000 square metres per hour, at a 600 x 600 dpi. The printheads, which are said to improve uptime of the printer, were developed in partnership with a leading printhead manufacturer exclusively for the Reggiani range. EFI has claimed the ultra-high-speed printer ‘has the potential to revolutionise the textile printing market’.

It is the latest release for wide-format inkjet textile printing from the Silicon Valley-based company since its acquisition of Reggiani Machines in 2015. Since then, rebranded as EFI Reggiani, the firm has worked to improve the environmental impact of EFI Reggiani products, using over 70 years of experience in fabric printing.
