Mimaki’s new inks are designed to run on the manufacturer’s TS300P-1800 dye sub printer

Available from this month, light black joins the recently released neon yellow and pink fluorescent inks, which Mimaki says are well suited for low-volume, high-quality use in fashion and sportswear and swimwear.

The latest addition to the SB410 has been designed to run on the manufacturer’s TS300P-1800 wide-format dye sublimation inkjet printer, which will be on show at FESPA Digital 2016 next month.

Stephen Woodall, national sales manager for textile and apparel at Mimaki’s exclusive UK and Irish distributor, Hybrid Services, comments: “These new spot colours can add real value to fashion and sportswear.

The new light black improves the already high print quality, enhancing photographic images and gradations even further

“The new light black improves the already high print quality, enhancing photographic images and gradations even further.

“Alongside the fluorescent pink and yellow inks, users now really have the capability to create highly unique garments.”
