In a heavily competitive exhibition market, the news will be very welcome to show organisers Faversham House—which is also set to unveil a host of new visitor features and targeted business intelligence seminars at the show taking place from April 30th to May 2nd.
“Sign and Digital UK always gives us one of the best opportunities we have each year to engage with lots of our customers, dealers and other partners and get a great feel for how the industry in general is performing,” enthuses Gillian Montanaro, head of marketing, Roland DG (UK).
It’s not just about the technology it’s about what our customers do with it ”
She adds: “This year we have the launch of a very exciting new product which will make its UK debut at Sign and Digital UK, as well as showcasing the SolJet Pro 4 XR-640, which is fast becoming another huge Roland success story. But it’s not just about the technology, it’s about what our customers do with it and on the Roland stand you’ll see stories from a range of users explaining what their Roland has done for them.”
Roland DG has also announced that its stand will see free refreshments on offer at its popular Café feature, with a further section of the stand dedicated to showcasing its warranty scheme, RolandCare, and educational platform, the Roland Academy.
A final element to the Roland DG stand will see members of its national ‘I’m a Roland User’ campaign make their industry experience available to visitors. James Sahota from Group 101 will be one of the ‘Roland celebrities’ on-stand, providing his perspective on the comparison between eco-solvent and latex wide-format printing technologies.
