After over 20 years of working together, husband and wife Jose and Melanie Martinez, and Alan White have taken on the running of the centre they all work at together.

FASTSIGNS Crawley was one of the first centres to open in the UK in 1995, with Melanie Martinez joining as a customer service representative and designer the same year.

The new owners are excited to steer the business into “an exciting new chapter”, with the management change following a series of others across the franchise network.

I think I can speak for us all when I say that we’re quietly confident that this is one of the best things we’ve ever done

Commenting on the venture, Melanie Martinez says: “We’ve all worked in a company that we love for over two decades, so ownership has always been part of the bigger picture. Our years at FASTSIGNS have enabled us to develop our knowledge in every aspect of the business and we feel confident that we’re poised and ready to realise the centre’s full potential for growth.

“I think I can speak for us all when I say that we’re quietly confident that this is one of the best things we’ve ever done. We look forward to using the resources that the FASTSIGNS network can offer to explore new technologies in the sector, to stay at the forefront of this diverse and ever-changing industry.”

Elsewhere in the franchise, FASTSIGNS Enfield and Huddersfield are being taken over by Oscar D’Souza and Kevin Mitchell respectively, whilst FASTSIGNS Peterborough has welcomed Paul Robinson who joins current franchisee Richard Towers at the head of the centre.
