The Sussex Sign Company began its relationship with Quality Print Services in 2005 and started using Nazdar inks shortly after

After adding digital printing to its portfolio in 2004 with the Tiara Opal, in 2005, ten years after its inception, The Sussex Sign Company partnered with Quality Print Services as its equipment and maintenance supplier, which recommended the transition to Nazdar inks.

Norman Mayhew, managing director of Sussex Sign Co, explains: “The QPS team has become a key factor in the success of our company. They have been keeping our machines in top condition with great value, responsive, and very professional maintenance and support as well as market leading products. It’s a relationship very much built on mutual trust and one that is extremely important to The Sussex Sign Company.”

Mayhew continues to explain that Chris Bailey, managing director of QPS, had recommended the switch. He says: “Chris was very clear that the Nazdar inks would be hugely beneficial for us. As well as the immediate cost savings, the colour-fastness, print quality, and reliability of the inks was very high. In addition, Nazdar inks are non-aggressive to the working parts of the printer and this has meant our spare parts and maintenance costs have also been kept to a minimum.”

It is a testament to the quality of the Nazdar inks and the condition our machines are kept in by QPS that we have so many happy and loyal customers

Bailey adds: “During our long relationship with The Sussex Sign Company we’ve supplied both second-user and new printers. We have also provided high quality alternative inks from Nazdar to help them run reliably and at a lower cost. We are very confident that the Nazdar inks actively help extend the quality of life of printer components, reducing the cost of spare parts and ensuring reliable and consistent service. We have shown time and again that Nazdar inks are the ideal long-term solution for our customers because they offer equal or better quality at a lower price-point than OEM inks.”

Mayhew concludes: “We produce on average around 170 jobs a month and at least 125 of those have some element of digital print in them. It is a testament to the quality of the Nazdar inks and the condition our machines are kept in by QPS that we have so many happy and loyal customers. We are very confident that we can deliver fast, responsive, and reliable service at all times for all our customers, while maintaining competitive pricing and a profitable, growing business.”
