Fujifilm throw kitchen sink at Fespa
With Europe’s largest wide-format print technology and sign exhibition looming, Fespa 2015, one of its headline acts has revealed it will martial a stable of technology that spans everything from its hybrid Acuity LED 1600 and roll-to-roll Vybrant F1600, through its entry level flatbed systems, to industrial scale beasts.

In addition to its wide-format digital inkjet portfolio, Fufilm will use Fespa 2015 to showcase its Uvijet KV thermoforming inks and extensive XMF software suite

With the launch of Onset R40LT, printers can now invest in a highly scaleable and productive mid-range printer that can grow with their business, while the ongoing developments of the Acuity devices in combination with UV inks will demonstrate the versatility of UV inkjet systems and the variety of applications they can produce,“ says Tudor Morgan, systems marketing manager, high end, at Fujifilm Speciality Ink Systems.

Of particular interest on the Fujifilm stand will be the newly launched Onset R40LT industrial flatbed, which can be scaled from a four-channel 265sq m/h version up to an eight-channel 400sq m/h system. The technology also boasts 14 picolitre Fujifilm Dimatix Spectra printheads and a 25 zone vacuum bed.
