William Smith to display plethora of materials

William Smith Group 1832 is set to showcase a selection of sign and graphics, and architectural interior décor and special effect materials at Sign and Digital UK. However, it will use a second stand to promote the sign manufacturing facilities it provides on a trade-only basis. This dual presence at the show will allow the company to show a wide range of the services it provides.

William Smith Group 1832 will have two stands at Sign and Digital UK, one of which will show its commercial signage

Complete with live demonstrations of vehicle wrapping, William Smith will showcase products such as the 3M 1080, 180mC, and 780mC, and the non-PVC Envision 480 series, Arlon SLX, Avery Dennison Supreme, and MPI 1105 and the PVC-free 1405 films. For architectural and special effect applications the focus will be on 3M Di-Noc, Dichroic, and Fasara glass-decorative, Vion Décor and Dichroic, and Cover Styl’ films.

On its second stand, there will be examples from an extensive portfolio of commercial signage. Visitors can also get details on the customer training courses available at the William Smith Group Training Academy.

The sign component accessory is said to offer a quick and precise way of attaching panels to walls and other substrates

William Smith recently strengthened its portfolio with the British Sign and Graphic Association’s 2017 Sign Industry Product of the Year, Button-fix. The sign component accessory is said to offer a quick and precise way of attaching panels to walls and other substrates.

It also added heat guns and accessories from Steinel to its portfolio, for wrapping vehicles and architectural fit-outs. Chris Bradley, head of marketing at William Smith, says the team is “thrilled” to be a distributor.
