Blackman & White intends to showcase a whole range of equipment at the event

Roland DG will team up with leading surface pattern designer Rachael Taylor to show visitors how designs can be transformed into creative applications using wide-format digital print technology from the company.

Visitors will be able to take home special products featuring Taylor’s designs, with bags produced on Roland’s Texart dye sublimation transfer range and phone cases printed on the VersaUV series of LED UV inkjet flatbed printers.

“We always strive to help our customers get the best return on investment from their Roland technology and discover profitable new revenue streams,” explains Gillian Montanaro, head of marketing EMEA at Roland DG.

“Our aim here is to inspire and educate customers about the fantastic business potential offered by working more closely with designers.

“It’s clear there is a gap in the market for print providers who are able to engage with designers, understand their needs and provide effective solutions.”

Meanwhile, Blackman & White has revealed that it intends to use the event to not only display its latest cutter/plotters, routers and laser cutters, but also highlight its servicing, online supplies ordering system and customer support.

As an added incentive to visit the company’s stand, Blackman & White will offer 10 percent discount vouchers to the first 50 visitors each day.

The vouchers can be redeemed at Blackman & White’s online store Cutting Resources, for blades, bits and other consumables.

It’s all about making our customer service as efficient as possible, and offering different options to meet our customers’ needs

Alex White, managing director at Blackman & White, comments: “Businesses in the sign and display industry often work long hours up against tight deadlines, and as well as manufacturing a range of cost effective and reliable cutters, we wanted to offer a way for customers to place orders for essential spares, parts and consumables 24 hours a day, so we can deliver the goods as quickly as possible.
