Taking place at the company’s Barnard Castle site, the free event allowed those in attendance to get up close and personal with a host of products from William Smith. Highlights included vehicle wrapping film demonstrations by the firm’s main suppliers, and new products on show from the likes of 3M, Arlon, and Contra Vision.

“We invited customers to join us for a chance to explore what we have to offer, be inspired by things they learn, and go away from the day with ideas to create something new,” comments Chris Bradley, marketing manager at William Smith.

Other highlights included the showcase of the full range of trade services available from William Smith, while representatives from 3M, Arlon, Contra Vision, iSee2, and VION were on hand to talk visitors through products.

Meanwhile, William Smith has expanded its already expansive range of products with the addition of eight new colours to 3M’s popular 1080 Series wrapping film range.

The new colours comprise gloss boat blue, gloss ember black, gloss pearl midnight blue, matt riviera blue, satin battleship grey, satin apple green, satin dark grey, and satin smouldering red.

“These new colours, which include gloss, matt, satin, and pearl options will give vehicle wrappers access to an even wider range of choices for creative vehicle personalisation, whether for full wraps, part wraps or detailing,” Bradley adds.
