FESPA China secures record attendance at 2014 show

FESPA has announced that the 2014 edition of its FESPA China event attracted a record attendance of 11,667 individual visitors

The number of individual visitors at FESPA China 2014 jumped 23 percent on the previous year’s show

The event, which took place at the Guangzhou Pazhou Poly World Trade Centre in Guangzhou, attracted a total of 15,166 over three days, with many visitors opting to return for another look around the halls.

The individual visitor figure for the recent show represents an increase of 23 percent on the number of people that attended FESPA China 2013 in Shanghai, while the number of exhibitors that were in attendance jumped 30 percent on the previous year’s edition of the event.

Nigel Steffens, board advisor at FESPA, comments: “It is great to see such growing interest in the FESPA China event and we’re thrilled to have expanded the event and its audience to make it the biggest FESPA China and CSGIA event to date.

“With the number of visitors in attendance in Guangzhou, it’s clear to see that Asian printers value FESPA events as an environment to see technological developments and access educational content that will support their business growth.”

FESPA has also confirmed that the 2015 edition of FESPA China will take place from October 21st to 23rd at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre in Shanghai, China.
