The Green Print Event will show customers how to incorporate ecological products in their applications

The inaugural environment-focused event will show customers how to incorporate ecological products in their applications. The inspiration for the event stemmed from increasing pressures within the industry and from customers looking for more PVC-free and environmentally-friendly solutions.

Throughout the event, ADAPT will demonstrate the print quality and sustainability features of its HP Latex wide-format printer range and accompanying roll media and board materials.

ADAPT explains that HP’s technology is “fundamentally changing the environmental profile of signage, decoration and textile printing.” The technology carries a broad set of credentials and addresses the full spectrum of environmental concerns including ink chemistry, indoor air quality and lifecycle considerations.

We’re so proud to be opening our doors and introducing customers to materials that can ultimately reduce the impact we all have on the environment

In addition to its HP Latex technology, ADAPT will be using a range of sustainable materials from firms such as Smurfit Kappa, Mactac, Airplac and Kernow.

Richard Barham, general manager of ADAPT says: “We’re so proud to be opening our doors and introducing to customers the very best technology and materials that can ultimately reduce the impact we all have on the environment.

“HP Latex technology is revolutionising the print industry with its remarkable sustainability factors and we look forward to demonstrating the incredible ecological applications that can be achieved.”

The event is set to take place between March 19th – 21st, 2019 and experts will be on hand throughout to find an ecological product or application best suited for each individual project.
