Dufaylite goes green with Polyprop
Recycled paper honeycomb manufacturer Dufaylite has expanded its Ultra Board range with the addition of Polyprop, a product the firm says offers an eco-friendly alternative to MDF and ‘flimsy’ plastics.

Created using honeycomb technology, Ultra Board Polyprop is made entirely from polypropylene, and features a honeycomb core and solid facings.
“Using our renowned honeycomb technology, we’ve adapted our paper boards to create just that and we have every faith that Ultra Board Polyprop will be a success,” explains Dufaylite’s group director, Ashley Moscrop.

Dufaylite also says the product is lightweight and rigid across the entire board, while its smooth surface is an advantage for sign-makers when completing a variety of different printed signage projects.
