Across the event, Ocean Outdoor will stream content across large-format screens in six UK cities, as well as showing the much-anticipated England v France game on its full motion screen in Westfield Square, London.

The coverage promises to give viewers “unprecedented access to the action as it happens”.

Alongside highlights and coverage of the games, short 60-second sponsored clips will be displayed throughout the competition which runs from September 20th until November 2nd.

ITV are always looking for new and innovative ways for fans to follow all the biggest moments from the biggest sporting events and this year is no different

“ITV are always looking for new and innovative ways for fans to follow all the biggest moments from the biggest sporting events and this year is no different,” comments ITV marketing manager, Chris Anstey. “This partnership with Ocean means the action from the Rugby World Cup is more unmissable than ever for fans.”

Kevin Henry, Ocean’s head of content and sponsorship, explains how the latest partnership with ITV enhances the out-of-home firm’s live and sports highlights digital-out-of-home portfolio of coverage.

Ocean has produced a wide portfolio of sport coverage already this year, including Formula E racing, live horse racing and Wimbledon.
