Absen’s LED display solution was installed on three sides of the pitch

The Trophée des Champions is no different, and when the French Super Cup returned to Shenzhen, China for its 24th year, Absen was on hand to make sure the arena’s displays were up to scratch.

The firm was the exclusive and official LED display supplier for the event and supplied 200 panels of perimeter LED as well as onsite support during the event.

Absen installed its 9mm resolution LED perimeter display system around three sides of the pitch which was used for advertisements and sponsorship content.

Commenting on the project, a representative from the stadium’s onsite management, Kaisa Culture & Sports, says: “The event was a great success. The LED system performed very well and the Absen team were extremely professional, showing a deep understanding of our needs and ability to get the job done. We really appreciate the hard work put in by Absen and look forward to future cooperation.”

The game saw Paris Saint-German retain their title in a 2-1 win against Stade Rennais whilst over 31,000 spectators looked on.

“In order to achieve the best results, the Absen team have been working very closely with the organisers, as always. We monitored the system closely and performed multiple tests before the game was played in the evening. I’m very proud that the Absen system performed well and sponsors’ content was delivered smoothly.”
