Bringing immersive possibilities to Europe

A solution which promises to “change the way installers approach multi-projector installations” is being introduced to the European market for the first time.

Designed by Taiwan-based, VNS, the one-box standalone processors have been designed for controlling edge blending output from multiple projectors and include video wall control solutions.

The video processing products manufacturer is bringing its range of processors to Europe via its Netherland-based agent, MatrixWorks Europe.

All GeoBox solutions are 100% hardware and can control digital content from any input in any format without the need for a separate PC.

Described as “a new concept for the professional AV market,” the G802 (two-projector) and G804 (four-projector) solutions allow installers to crop images, set overlap pixels, edge-blend and geometrically adjust images without the need for high-cost, embedded projectors or media servers.

There’s nothing quite like them available, and AV professionals are going to enjoy reduced costs, easier installation and even more immersive experiences once they start using them

“We’re very excited to be finally introducing our unique range of GeoBox products into Europe with our partner, MatrixWorks Europe,” says Steve Wang, chief executive officer of VNS. “There’s nothing quite like them available, and AV professionals are going to enjoy reduced costs, easier installation and even more immersive experiences once they start using them.”

The first of the GeoBox products to be made available in Europe includes the 4-channel G406, which can show discrete content on each display without the need for a separate matrix switcher.

Other products include the 8-channel G403, and the 4-channel G406L, and the 2-channel G406S both of which require no matrix functionality.
