Amscreen and Clear Channel bring technology home

Digital screen manufacturer Amscreen and outdoor media industry heavyweight Clear Channel have announced a partnership that will bring multiple employment opportunities to the UK.

Digital signage giant Amscreen and outdoor media firm Clear Channel have shaken hands on a digital screen deal

The alliance will see Amscreen’s Solutions division exclusively provide daylight-visible digital signage screens to Clear Channel to use in its Adshel Live units at bus stops and various other outdoor locations. The screens themselves, say the companies, will be manufactured in a specially designed 20,000sq ft factory site in Bolton, Greater Manchester, bringing many jobs to the area.

Amscreen chief executive office, Simon Sugar, comments: "We are thrilled to announce the partnership with Clear Channel UK and with our combined knowledge of the sector, we have developed our solution from the ground up to deliver a more efficient product in all areas.
