Wavetec targets sign market with digital signage

Traditionally used in financial institutions, Wavetec has highlighted a number of cross-over benefits that could also make the product suited for use in retail.

When used in a financial environment, the Android-based solution provides a supply of relevant information that Wavetec says can be adjusted in retail to display the latest products, services and special offers in order to provide customers with the opportunity to take the right decision at the right time.

In addition, the display and signage specialist says the product’s ability to engage individuals in the financial sector will also prove useful in retail.

Wavetec says the solution has the potential to draw the attention of shoppers, thus giving retailers a powerful in-store marketing tool.
