Graham Partners makes investment in BrightSign

Digital signage media players business BrightSign has accepted a majority investment from private investment firm Graham Partners.

BrightSign works across the retail, healthcare, education, attractions, stadiums and transportation sectors

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but BrightSign says that the investment is expected to fuel its growth initiatives and support its work across the retail, healthcare, education, attractions, stadiums and transportation sectors.

BrightSign was sourced on a proprietary basis through Graham Partners’ Investment Theme Program with a specific focus on digital signage.

The agreement will see BrightSign’s founders continue to be significant investors alongside Graham Partners.
