The firm utilised Lintec’s E-2200C optically clear film to create a selection of eye-catching environmental graphics.

With a team made up of designers, project managers and installation professionals, Mark Bartlett, managing director at Sign Box explains how the team tends to apply a “conceptual, holistic” approach to its signage.

Describing the project, Bartlett says: “This was an active, largely open-plan workspace, so floor level directories, secondary wayfinding, room numerals and glass manifestations were all key to enhancing the office environment.
“Of note were three sports-themed meeting room suites, where glazed walls and stunningly digitally printed super graphics would be incorporated into the décor scheme.”

Due to the transparent polyester proprieties of the Lintec film, it is ideally suited for indoor applications, in particular, window graphics.

As it was designed for UV curable inkjet printers, Signbox was able to reproduce high quality images on the substrate.

The film’s 50 micron, scratch-resistant nature was another benefit for the project due to its positioning in an environment where knocks and scratches were likely.

Bartlett continues: “We have a long-standing working relationship with Lintec that goes back ten years and we have utilised the same film for a number of projects, so we had no doubt that the product would deliver.

“We ordered approximately 200sq m of material, which allowed us to produce 120 linear metres of graphics across 20 meeting rooms. Thanks to Lintec’s film, we were able to produce a range of graphics that conveyed maximum visual impact and helped enhance the office location.”
