SFD, based in Watford, specialises in producing display solutions for global brands and retailers and joins Kesslers and Gardners which are all part of the Elaghmore group.

Kesslers designs and manufactures digital and physical display solutions for retail and was acquired by Elaghmore in 2017. The businesses will work closely together, but SFD will continue to operate autonomously.

Elaghmore is hoping that the combination of the three companies will create “a world-leading provider of integrated digital and physical display solutions” to meet demands of retailers and brands which are seeking both commercial benefit and effective communication of brand values.

Together, the three businesses employ over 300 people with annual sales in excess of £60m.
