The acquisition comes at a time of what the group describes as “aggressive growth” and is the second in just over a year.

Coastal Signage + Wayfinding offers a range of exterior and interior branding and wayfinding products including signage, graphics, fixtures and displays, architectural elements and façade cladding.

MC Group is a national provider of signage, lighting, electrical and energy management solutions and says Coastal “seamlessly aligns with MC Group’s portfolio of services.”

We are truly excited to become part of such a successful organisation that will have a positive impact on all of our existing customers

Commenting on the acquisition, Timothy Eippert, president and chief executive of MC Group, says: “Coastal’s commitment to well designed, effective branding, state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment, and their exceptional passion to serve clients has proven to be a great complement to our breadth of services as we continue building better brands.”

“We are truly excited to become part of such a successful organisation that will have a positive impact on all of our existing customers, adds Chad Spaman, president of Coastal Signage + Wayfinding. Coastal Signage + Wayfinding will add yet another facet to MC Group’s full-service branding solutions.”

Established in 1953, MC Group has been providing signage solutions for over 65 years. The acquisition of Coastal Signage + Wayfinding is the latest in the wider firm’s growth strategy.
