As a result of continued success in its expansion efforts, FASTSIGNS is set to add its 22nd centre to its list of UK franchises. A site in Portsmouth is set to open in a bid to strengthen its reach in the south of the UK.

The Portsmouth centre will operate alongside the brand’s recently launched Southampton centre where the two sites will work together to assist businesses operating across the south coast.

Opening in March 2019, the new centre will bring three new jobs to Portsmouth and will specialise in the provision of signage solutions including banners, vehicle graphics, digital signage and window, wall door and floor graphics.

As well as expanding its business in the UK, FASTSIGNS already has an established network of customers worldwide. The franchisor operates over 700 independently owned and operated FASTSIGNS locations in nine countries including the US, Canada, England, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Grand Canyon, Mexico, Chile, and Australia.

Local businessman Glenn Turnbull will head the business. Turnbull brings with him over 20 years’ sales and business management experience to the role.

Commenting on the launch of the Portsmouth centre, John Davies, managing director of FASTSIGNS UK says: “The launch of our Portsmouth centre is key to the growth of our UK network, with this new location set to benefit from the city’s vibrant business community and the thriving network of businesses further afield on the South coast.

“We’re looking forward to welcoming Glenn to the FASTSIGNS community. I’m confident that his commitment to our shared vision of ensuring quality solutions and exceptional customer service will see him flourish in his new venture.”

Over in the South East of England, the Guildford centre has proven its commitment to customer service having received a 100% Net Promoter Score (NPS) – rated on a scale of 1-10 NPS evaluates customer satisfaction by asking customers for feedback on a variety of areas.

Having achieved 98% last year, the Guildford centre has now become the first FASTSIGNS centre in the UK to reach a score of 100% over a twelve-month period.

“Our customers and the service we provide them is something we take very seriously,” comments John Harvey, owner of FASTSIGNS Guildford. “Since 2016 our centre has never dropped below an NPS score of 98%, but receiving such a glowing seal of approval for our efforts with a score of 100% is fantastic,” Harvey adds.

Over the coming months, FASTSIGNS UK plans to expand its national reach further.
