The West Bromwich-based firm hopes the launch of its ‘Wrights GPX’ online accounts service will make life easier for its busy customers, by saving time whilst ordering through its website.

Users of the online accounts will be able to create new orders, track ongoing orders, view and repeat previous orders, arrange returns and set up new delivery addresses and recurring information – all by logging into their Wrights GPX Group account.

Following the launch at the end of 2018, customers have given a positive response to the new service.
Managing director of Wrights Plastics GPX, Mike Wright, says: “As individuals we are used to the benefits of accessing our accounts when ordering online and we want our Wrights GPX trade customers to enjoy the same advantage.

“We’ve made it easy to register and easy to use – helping customers save time and order the correct product every time. The take up has been excellent. It is a service that not all suppliers are able to offer so our trade customers have welcomed it.”

Wright says the firm’s customers feel the new accounts service will have a big impact on how they order their POS and display products.

Established in 1969, the launch is the first of many changes in store for the website in honour of the company’s 50th anniversary.
