MobilePro offers products across projection, LED panel, and interactive technologies and specialises in the large-format display and technical solutions technology markets.

Having acquired 100% of the share capital of Mobile Pro, Midwich’s purchase will be carried out through its German subsidiary, Kern & Stelly.

The acquisition marks Midwich’s strengthening of its European presence and could see the AV firm moving into the corporate, education and hospitality sectors – all of which MobilePro already operates in.

“The acquisition of MobilePro enables the group to trade with a broad customer base and provide solutions for projects in many of our key vertical markets,” comments Stephen Fenby, managing director at Midwich.
