Massivit 3D sets out large-format expansion plans

Massivit 3D has responded to a spike in demand for large-format 3D printing by expanding its dealer network and bringing in a number of new senior staff.

Massivit 3D has expanded its network to help support customers across Asia, Europe and the Americas

The company will be working with CMYUK, which is established as one of the leading print solutions providers in the UK market. CMYUK will now as the exclusive distributor of Massivit 3D in the UK and Ireland.

Robin East, group director at CMYUK, says: “Our customers span many visual markets, such as retail, POS, corporate décor and exhibitions, and are constantly looking for new innovations to raise the bar for high-impact applications.

“The sheer size and capability of Massivit 3D’s solutions allow our hundreds of customers, who are specialists in large graphic displays, the opportunity to further develop unique, head-turning models.”

Meanwhile, Massivit 3D has recently made a number of senior hires to support its growing operation.

Kevin Sykes has been brought in as president for North America and will now lead the company’s division in the region. Sykes was previously country general manager in Canada for HP and brings with him a healthy knowledge of the market.

Erez Zimerman, vice-president of sales for Massivit 3D, says: “Our aim is to allow print providers to forge new revenue streams from their existing customers by offering a diverse gamut of applications with greater brand impact compared to traditional large-format projects.

“The expansion of our partners and sales team is an exciting indication of our business forecast for H2 2018 and beyond.”
